Modular
A modular home is not a type of home, it is a building method. These homes are pre built in a factory type climate controlled setting protected from the elements. They are built to the same building codes as a site built home, (IRC). Typically these homes are shipped in at least two sections that are 70% finished and are set on a foundation by crane. The interiors are usually 80% - 90% complete are the remainder is completed on site by our experienced team.
